Korean drama: President

I haven’t seen a full Korean drama for a long time. I’ve been busy with work and I’m also planning to take an accredited online degree if I could find the time. The last one I saw was “Queen Seondok” but I stopped watching it after Mishil died. Now “Mishil” is back and resurrected as the “President”.
The SBS Wed-Thur drama “President” will start airing tonight. I am excited to see Go Hyun Jung on HDTV once again. Her co-stars are also my favorites: Cha In Pyo and Kwon Sang Woo.
Go Hyun Jung plays the role of Seo Hye Rim, an anchorwoman for a TV station. She was fired after protesting her husband’s wrongful death. She was elected as an assemblywoman, governor and she also becomes the first female Korean president (imaginary).
Kwon Sang Woo will play the role of a prosecutor, Ha Do Ya, who will help Seo Hye Rim become the first woman president of Korea. Cha In Pyo plays the villain in this drama.
“President” will air Wednesdays and Thursdays starting tonight at 9:55 PM with replays on Saturdays. Got most of the info from their website which is available in Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese.

    1. dati nangigigil ako sa kanya sa Queen Seon Dok pero when her character died, parang wala nang sense yung mga nangyayari… i missed her too, hehe.
i actually read about this drama before but couldn’t remember kwon sang woo being in the cast. it would be interesting to see him again after reading not so good reviews and ratings about his last drama..

  1. it’s been a long time since i’ve seen Kwon Sang Woo in the small screen. I do hope this drama will be a good one since “Mishil” is there.
