One of the many beautiful places in Korea that is easily accessible from Seoul and by the subway (yup!) is Naminara Republic, aka Nami Island or Namiseom. I’ve posted many of my visits to this place. The last time I was there was in July… or was it in August? Hmm, I went there twice this summer and only two weeks in between.
Anyway, here are some pictures of the island when I took my elder sisters there. They visited us from October 1 to November 6. We visited Nami on November 3rd, a day before we visited Korean Folk Village. According to my sisters, they had more fun at KFV but they also enjoyed their time in the island.
It would be nice to bring your own bike at Naminara Republic. However, bringing your own bike is not allowed as they have their own bikes that you could rent.
Awww.. lovely colours. Why was I born in a tropical country. 🙁
Miss Betchay, is it possible to grow bulbous flowers (e.g. daffodils, tulips) if you live in an apartment in Seoul? I mean, if you live in a high-rise apartment or in a garden-less complex, can you still grow these flowers (plant them in a pot, and put in the balcony for sunlight)?
korea is wonderful country. i am interesting with ur blog
