TC Candler is an independent critic that runs the Annual 100 Most Beautiful Faces and 100 Most Handsome Faces. For 2016, they released their list on December 27, 2016 and named a total of 13 Filipino and Korean stars on their list. While I don’t know most of the Korean stars, I would agree with the Filipina that is ranked the highest.
At #98 is Song Hye Gyo, who recently won the Grand Prize at the KBS Drama Awards last New Year’s Eve, is 35 years old and is one of Korea’s A-lister.
At #76 is Joo Min Hee, a member of the group Stellar
At #71 is Irene, a member of the group Red Velvet
At #69 is Philippine showbiz princess Kathryn Bernardo (I always see her Nescafe ad whenever I watch TFC.TV)

#52 is Rhian Ramos, an actress from GMA Network
#49 is Jessica Jung of Girls Generation
#45 is Go Ara
#35 is Girls’ Day Yura
#29 is Seulgi, another member of the group Red Velvet

At #3 is Hall of Famer “Nana” who is said to be a look-alike of the 2nd most beautiful face ~
Liza Soberano has one of the most beautiful faces and is second in this list.
I don’t know a lot of the Korean talents that are in the list since I don’t watch a lot of TV. I’m not sure what the criteria of “Independent Critics” are but their choice ~ you can see all the other women in their Youtube video.
