Listen to Camile’s song Hangin’ On
Aside from Jasmine (who recently released her first album), another Filipina-American to watch out for is Camile. They were together in American Idol’s Season 3 although the latter was booted out early for her rendition of Elton John’s song (sorry, I forgot the title). Anyway, she got a really awful comment from Simon Cowell that time.
When the American Idol 3 album came out, it was Camile’s song that has been praised mostly. She was signed up by Universal/Motown this year. Wow! And her album is coming out soon. I’ve been listening to her first song “Hangin’ On” and it sounds so promising. The remix version with Pras Fugees is even better. 😀

i like camille velasco too. she is so beautiful. we watched the american idol from beginning to end and we were rooting for her more than jasmine then.
