Two (2) Talented Filipino/Filipina Staff
for its Regulatory Affairs and Business Development Department
Requirements (Common to the two positions)
MUSTS
Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
Must be self-starters who can function with minimal supervision
Must be highly motivated and goal-oriented
Must be able to function well in an international setting
Must be able to withstand the rigors of working in a high-technology
start-up environment.
Desirable Qualities/Skills
Knowledge of Electronics and Software Engineering is a definite
advantage
Knowledge of IEC and ANSI/AAMI Standards and the European Medical
Device Directive MDD 93/42/EEC
Good technical writing skills
Marketing research skills
Good research skills (peer-reviewed journals research)
Requirements (Position No. 1)
Bachelor¡¯s Degree (Business, Arts, Engineering, Sciences)
Two years experience
Requirements (Position No. 2)
Master¡¯s Degree (Engineering, Sciences)
One year experience
Company Profile
The company is the first and only manufacturer of defibrillators* in
Korea and the only developer and manufacturer of automated external
defibrillators in Asia. It is located in Wonju, the biggest city in
Kangwon Province and the site of the Medical Techno-Valley
Development Project of the Kangwon Investment Promotion Agency. The
company is currently expanding its reach into the world market.
*A cardiac defibrillator is a MEDICAL ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT intended
to defibrillate the heart by an electrical pulse via electrodes
applied either to the PATIENT¡¯S skin (external electrodes) or to
the exposed heart (internal electrodes). (IEC60601-2-4 2.1.101)
no placement fee, candidates’ only expenses will be paper processing
in the Philippines (passport, Korean visa fee, POEA/OWWA fees)
