Another Venezuelan, Dayanna Mendoza, won the Miss Universe title. She’s the fifth Venezuelan to win the title since the first Miss Universe in 1951. Our bets Miss Korea, Lee Ji Sun, and Miss Philippines, Jennifer Barrientos, did their best 🙂
The other winners are all Latinas, except for one, Miss Russia. The national costume award went to Miss Thailand.
I used to enjoy watching Miss Universe contests when I was in the Philippines. The pageant is not so popular here. Could it be because there has never been a Miss Universe from Korea?
I wonder why?..As far as I know there are so many beautiful and talented Koreans who deserve the title..Anyway buti pa tayo dalawa na^^kailan pa kaya sila mararagdagan?
