While some of you have already seen the latest sequel to Toy Story, we here in Korea will have to wait until the 5th of August to see Toy Story 3 in theaters. It’s been more than ten years since the last Toy Story (part 2) was shown on the big screen.

My son loves Toy Story 1 and 2. I lost count of how many times I and my son had seen the two movies – nearly a hundred times perhaps? We’d memorize practically every scene on the two films. Love that scene where the toys were peeking through the blinds trying to find out about Andy’s gifts.
August 5 is about 35 days from now. Let the countdown begin!

Hi! I just stumbled upon your blog when I googled “Filipinos in Korea”. I must say it’s very informative and fun to read. It’s going to be a first for me to travel to Seoul and alone. I haven’t finalized my IT and I’d like to squeeze in a movie, time permitting. I’d like to ask you if there are lots of cinemas showing western movies in English?
Also, would you know how safe it is to go around Seoul as a female solo traveler?
Thanks so much! Your site’s really a big mine of info about Korea.
