So how many boxes of Pepero did you get yesterday? I got several from my kids last Thursday but I didn’t take them home and we just ate them in class ;p It’s something that I learned in Korea – when you have food be prepared to share it with everyone. So if there’s something you don’t want to share, don’t show it to anybody.

The supermarkets here in Korea had special events yesterday. Even other commercial establishments joined in the fun.

I’m an on line ESL teacher and some of my students said their teacher didn’t allow them to give pepero during class. They were allowed only during lunch time. Some were really forbidden to bring pepero cuz the teachers think it was being commercialized.
