I’ve been slow in replying to comments, emails and posting as well because I’m irked with my 6-year old PC. It’s still working fine but not as much as it used to. I finally ordered an Ivybridge notebook yesterday. It will arrive today and boy am I so excited!
I’m supposed to go on a trip with the WKB (Worldwide Korea Bloggers) today but my circumstance wouldn’t allow me to. So instead of a 3-day trip with them, I’ll just spend the weekend with my family and we’ll definitely be at the Philippine Day in Paju on Sunday. Aside from that, we’ll also be visiting the furniture shops in Ilsan to get a new sofa.
For those who’d like to join the Philippine Day in Paju, just go there on Sunday, September 23rd at 11 AM. There will be Philippine products on sale and Philippine food, of course!
To get to Paju Book City…
– By subway: Get off at DAEHWA Stn (line 3) and use exit 4 or 6. Go to the bus stop and take bus 77. Get off at Dasan Church.
– By bus: Take bus 2200 from Hapjeong Stn. (bus stop near exit 2). Get off at Dasan Church.
– By car: Use Gangbyeon highway and exit at Jangwol IC (Pretty sure about this!)
Came across your blog coz I’m just “doing research” on anything Korean….it started with this ahjumma article. It’s a long story. Anyway, looking forward to reading your articles. You sound like you have a very interesting life in Korea. I know there’s a lot of Koreans living in the Philippines now, but it’s interesting to note it’s vice versa.
BTW, I’m also Filipina, but I live here around the Chicagoarea.
