If I have $1000 I will give the $250 for my parents, so they can have savings and buy anything they want and need, since they are both retired already. The next $250 will be for the utility bills at home. The 3rd $250 will be given to my nephew for his backup tuition fee for next school year. And the last $250 will be divided to me and my 2 siblings, so we can also buy anything we need and want.

I will spoil myself and my siblings! We rarely received some extra Cash. so i think this will be the best time to spend most of it to ourselves. 🙂 the 200USD will reside on my savings!
If i have an extra $1,000 cash, i would definitely go back to Korea! Since I’ve been to Seoul last year and I tremendously enjoyed it, this time I would go as far as Busan or Jeju Island. That would be a dream come true for me, to see and experience Jeju-do in reality.
A 1,000USD will be spent for a family trip in Baguio City. The place where my mother is longing to visit. As a frequent traveller (business or pleasure), I want to share the joy and the knowledge from travelling (which I consider as my investment). We never had a family trip to a place away from Laguna for more than 100km. Since February is a cold month here in the Philippines, Baguio is the best place to feel the winter breeze of northern hemisphere.
If I win $1000, i’ll use half of it for my 2013 Korea Trip and the other half i’ll use for my Hongkong trip. Keeping my fingers cross! Hope I win! 🙂
I have been trying hard to build my own home for over ten years now and just had a child in Sept. of 2012 So there not much to say where the money would go to. Thank you.
A 1,000 USD is enough to bring my mom to a full spa experience, dine and indulge to a place where she can relax, have peace of mind and enjoy. My mom used to work all her life to provide for us. Hope I win! 🙂

$500 I would buy my own mini franchise of binggrae Ice Cream I met the owner last time and he told me its pretty cheap and its easy to sell here because of the number of kpop fans around it will also be an extra income for my family
the other $500 I would use for my korea trip that I have been planning since last year because I want to surprise the korean exchange students I took care from Dongguk University I wanted to give back the friendship and love they gave me
I hope i win but if don’t its okay it only means someone deserves it more than I do…..
I’d buy lots of baby stuff and save some for my family’s trip here next Christmas.
If I win S1000, i’ll plan a surprise trip and bday party for my boyfiend in Korea since he will be turning the B-I-G 30 (31 in Korean age as he always say). I’ll probably be “all out” in preparing and celebrating that special moment in his life..=)
If I have an extra $1000 I would use it to buy my mom a new watch, I would donate $250 for our church construction and the rest I will use for my trip to Korea this April:)
I would donate all of it it to a charity for single mothers in Korea. They need it much more than I do.
as a worker here in South Korea, I need some time to relax and to enjoy Korea free from work, so I am going to use this $1000 to pamper myself.
Iwill give $250 to my niece who is a diabetic to buy for her insulin and $250 i will give it to my 2 sister in laws to help in the payment of their children tuition fees and $500 will be for myself and daughter i will buy a computer because the one that were using was defective already.
I would love to spend it for korea or japan trip! 🙂 yey!
If I will win an extra 1000$ cash, I will bring my husband to the hospital that expert about treating hepatitis with diabetes patient , right now we are really broke, the medications and monthly check up are really expensive so this 1000$ will helping me a lot if ever i will win…
I would treat myself a graduation gift and I am dying to visit South Korea.
I will some of my debt for the betterment of the Philippines.
I would use it for a scholarship fund for underprivileged students in my hometown in Samar. I am proud to say that I was able to have a niece finished nursing in 2008 and is now a registered nurse. As of the moment, I have 2 scholars, taking up Education and Agriculture.

the Rafflecopter form doesn’t really work, i don’t know why the comment box couldn’t show up.. but i do really wish i can win the prize so i can bring my mom and dad to a good dentist to fix their teeth, and then to get them new glasses, buy them nice clothes and shoes, bring them to a vacation, buy them wedding ring (they never have wedding ring), i want to buy my mom and dad new handphones too.. and i want to buy them expensive perfumes.. ^^

i will give it to my sister so she can have a short trip to the Philippines. Last time i saw her was 2010. she’s working in Kuwait. as we all know, OFWs have hard time going back to the Philippines because of expensive airfare
Much has been said about how a $1000 win would be spent and I definitely want to chime in. I’m in deep financial trouble at the moment, so should I be lucky to take home a thousand bucks, it would be a great way to start my year paying off my debts. This surely would help me de-stress and somehow afford me some fresh air to breathe.
