GS E&C is now looking for experienced and competent HR Recruitment Specialist:
Job Details are as follows:
Position Title: Human Resources Specialist (will act as GS E&C deputy Hiring Manager for Manila office)
Openings: 2 persons
Location and Job Status: this will be Full-Time job or can be Permanent right after probation period
Shift: Mon-Fri (8 hours a day)

Duties & Responsibilities:
A) Full Recruitment Process
Sourcing strategy
Interview
Reference check
Selection
New employees training and introduction
B) Administrative Duties and Record Keeping
Keep and utilize CV’s of applicants, candidates, and potential candidates
Issue job offer letters and rejection letters
Create employment agreement
Report regularly to recruiters at the home office (Seoul, South Korea)
C) Basic Qualifications:
Age: 40 years old and below
Language: English (Mandatory)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant educational background
D) Working Experience
Experience in Human Resources Management of EPC company (Mandatory)
-Minimum 3 years of experience in full recruitment process
-Target Recruiting for Construction engineers (i.e. Superintendent or –Senior Supervisor level of all disciplines – Piping, SMP, E&I, Planning)
-has experience working in a Global EPC company
