He was supposed to arrive in Korea on December 22nd but a delay in the issuance of visa prompted them to move their trip on the 23rd. Apparently, members of the Pacquiao family want to celebrate the Christmas holidays in Seoul and they have to process their visas, too. This is the first time that the Pacquaio clan will be traveling abroad to celebrate Christmas.
