H(at) T(ip) to Malou for sharing a link to a website in Seoul selling Philippine goods. The link is Seoul Market – Philippine goods. The prices on the site are at par with the stores at Hyehwa-dong. They don’t only sell Pinoy goods but they also sell Korean and other imported products as well for the foreign community. (As we know now, it is a bit difficult to shop in Korea if you don’t know the local language.) I haven’t ordered from them yet since the product I want – Chippy – is sold out. Seoul Market accepts bank remittance, Paypal and even mobile phone payment (not available for prepaid phones).
medyo natigilan ako when i saw the price of Nestle cream/all purpose cream sa site only 2,800 won….4,000 won each benta sa akin nong mama sa hyewadong yesterday, i tried tumawad kase nga as in parang overpricing naman na, mas mahal pa sa condensed milk, so i just asked him discount ko na yung 500 won na bibilangin ko pa sana… kasama ko kase si alex, siguro if ako lang mag-isa he would have given it at a cheaper price (kaya?),hehe…

Try Nonghyup hanaro mart in Chandong, everything is cheap there. They sell lumpia wrapper too for only 2,100 won. Condense milk for 3,200. And meat is the best there as in super mura. Sa ground floor sa bandang gilid may section dun ng mga frozen product then sa tapi nito mga imported products. Perfect pang handaan they sell 2 gallons of ice cream for only 6,000won. May mga frozen ttok din.

Hi, I’m a Philippine store business owner also,. actually not all cheap products are good,. tayong mga pinoy po mahilig sa murang-mura ang halaga without even thinking about the quality, marami kong naririnig na kwento from other Filipino and Korean business people na maraming Philippine products ngayon na ginagawan na ng imitation here in south korea and they sell it in a cheapest price, like T.J hotdog, tocino and more.. same packaging, pro ibang-iba ang lasa,..(I don’t sell these products here) some of them even sell Fake Likas papaya and they sell it for only 2,700 won, pro merong bad effect sa mga gumagamit..
I’m a business woman also kaya alam ko po kung hanggang san lang kakayaning ibaba ang presyo na hindi ka malulugi at kikita prin kahit papano…pro kapag mas mababa pa sa mababang presyo, well kelangan mo nang mag-isip-isip.
Hi Michelle! Correct ka diyan minsan pag sobrang baba ang presyo eh kailangan mag-isip-isip. Lalo na ang mga produkto na galing ng ibang bansa. Ngapala wala ka bang Purefoods sisig ;p
Pwede bang magpabili from the Philippines?
hi kababayans.
i’ll be going to seoul on february 2012. baka may gusto kayong ipabili. i could buy and bring it there. with minimal fees lang naman. lemme know 😀 you can email me at aaddatu@yahoo.com.
thank you.
