April is almost over and yet I have less than ten posts this month. This has proven to be a very busy month for me. My parents-in-law stayed with us for almost two weeks. It wasn’t easy as I had to be a mom, wife, employee and daughter-in-law all at the same time. I didn’t have enough time to be a blogger. It’s fun though as I feel as if I were “super”!
I didn’t bother to go to Yeouido for the cherry blossom festival this year. I contented myself with the cherry blossoms at our apartment. I’ve been spending my free (non-working) afternoons with my son at the playground. I enjoyed watching the full-blooded Korean kids play with my half-blood prince ;p I would even leave him at the playground while I continue with my chores at home. I didn’t have to worry. Most Korean parents I meet treat other kids like their own.
Only five days from now and it’s going to be May. The most meaningful month for me. I had my Korean wedding eight years ago. We’ve been married for nine years! And my son will celebrate his 6th birthday, too. May is the month for families and I’m looking forward to all the celebrations — and parties I’m going to attend with friends and family I cherish most!
Congratulations on your anniversary 🙂 and happy bday to you son too!
Salamat po!
I would loooove to see cherry blossom in front of my eyes someday!
Yup! CB are awesome, why dont you just plant it on your backyand? 😀
hiya! we are going to miss Seonggyu’s birthday… and the children’s day.
