The Yeouido (Spring Flower) Cherry Blossom Festival officially ran from April 12-18th this year. We went there two days after the festival was over and it was a good decision. It wasn’t as crowded as whenever we’d go there during the festival days. That Saturday, it rained in the morning but the weather was fine and cool in the afternoon. The cherry blossom trees were just in perfect bloom…
We started walking from the east service road of the National Assembly and continued walking until we reached the other side or the west service road. We started at 5 o’clock and by the time we reached KBS, it was already almost 8 o’clock. At night, the cherry blossoms were lit with LED lights on the ground. The lights provided a colorful effect on the trees…
A week later (or on April 26) I went back to the National Assembly. All the cherry blossom trees were already green. We’ll have to wait for a year again…
God creations, such beautiful 🙂
pretty with the lights!
