Korea is a relatively safe country with very hospitable people but anywhere in the planet there are people who are capable of hurting another human being. The police is still investigating the incident that happened below.
At around 8 o’clock in the morning of July 1st, a man is recorded getting beaten in a main thoroughfare in Gangnam. An elderly in a dark shirt tries to prevent a man wearing shorts from hitting the man lying on the ground and seriously hurt.
The man wearing shorts took off his shirt, displaying his tattoos, and beats the man on the ground anyway. He hit him on the face then kick him to the ground. He hits the man’s face again with his heel before picking up his shirt. And then he hits the man again. Another man wearing shorts and a dark shirt approached him and the video ends.
The police is still investigating the incident but has booked the man named Mr. Choi, 26 years old, for the assault. I would think that 8 o’clock in the morning is a busy day in Gangnam. It is scary to think that a man could hurt someone that brutally in public.
