It’s July 24th and at 6:30 tonight, SBS will show the “comeback” episode of Charice in STAR KING. It’s been three years and the Filipina singer has been “wow”-ing audiences, including VIPs, worldwide. In fact, they called the petite charmer a “world star” – a term often used to Korean entertainers who have penetrated Hollywood.

Hi Ana! I really can’t wait to see Charice again in Star King. It’s pure joy to watch and listen to her sing. I’ve just seen videos of her mini show in Thailand, and wow, they just loved her there too. I hope that when she returns to Korea, Warner Korea will set up a show for her in a mall, so more people could see her live performances.
its 7.21pm now and i have been waiting for the last half hr on SBS. the Star King is showing something else… guess i may have missed it since i did not get to watch the 1st 20mins… 🙁

It’s always good to be humble and grateful. Ang pagtanaw ng utang na loob is not only a Filipino trait; the west values it as well. Charice has both traits and that is going to help her go farther. Let’s enjoy all these adulations that these foreigners accord her. And she gives them what the are looking for from her performances. BRAVO CHARICE!!

I love kang Hodong for loving & admiring Charice Pempengco. I saw the happiness in his face when she guested in his SK show. Kang Hodong & other fans of Charice in Korea, please watch her in GLEE, a musical TV drama in the States, she is one of the actress. Season 2 was televised yesterday, Sept. 23, 2010.
